At least 15 hours: A commission fee of GEL 2.50 charged by Georgian Railway, as well as the service and transaction fees, will be deducted from the ticket fare;

Less than 15 hours (but not less than 4 hours): 15% of the ticket price will be deducted, in addition to the Georgian Railway commission fee of GEL 2.50, service fee, and transaction fee;

Less than 4 hours (but not less than 1 hour): 30% of the ticket price will be deducted, in addition to the Georgian Railway commission fee of GEL 2.50, service fee, and transaction fee.

The ticket price includes up to 36 kg of hand luggage, provided that the total dimensions (sum of length, width, and height) do not exceed 180 cm.

Passengers may carry small domestic animals or birds free of charge in any class of carriage, provided that:

The animal is placed in a special container The container size does not exceed 55 × 35 × 20 cm The container does not occupy a separate passenger seat A veterinary certificate is mandatory.

Children aged 5 to 10 are issued a child ticket. Children under 5 years old require a child ticket only if a separate seat is needed. A child ticket can only be purchased together with an accompanying adult’s ticket.The child’s personal identification number must be provided during purchase.

When traveling with a child, it is mandatory to present to the carriage attendant the child’s birth certificate and/or a copy, or an identification document.

Passengers must carry a valid ID card or an international passport when traveling by train. Otherwise, the passenger will not be allowed to board.
